The 2019 Renault Scénic range, which includes the five-seater Scénic and seven-seater Grand Scénic, has been updated with new trim levels and a new range of WLTP compliant petrol and diesel engines.
Renault’s new 1.3-litre TCe 140 petrol engine has been added with both a six-speed manual gearbox and a new seven-speed EDC gearbox, priced from €27,790.
The new 1.7-litre dCi 120 diesel engine is available with both a six-speed manual gearbox and new seven-speed EDC on the Scénic and Grand Scénic, priced from €30,710.
The 2019 Renault Scénic range also takes on the new ‘Easy Life’ trim levels, with three simplified trims of Play, Iconic and Signature available.
Play models include 7” touchscreen with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, rear parking sensors and two rows of flat-folding seats in Grand Scénic providing extra space and flexibility.
Iconic adds more key comfort features such as keyless entry, front parking sensors and built-in navigation.
The Signature trim adds features including rear parking camera, MULTI-SENSE ambient lighting and driving modes, and an 8.7” touchscreen.
Patrick Magee, Country Operations Director, Renault Ireland: “The Scénic was unrivalled in Ireland when first launched, and now, even in the face of great customer choice, Scénic is once again unique in the market. A car you buy with your head and your heart, the Scénic is a real head-turner which offers much-needed space, flexibility and practicality. We’re excited to introduce two new engines for 2019 as well as new trim levels across the range offering more features as standard for customers.”
